When we moved to Arizona in 1999 I felt like I was slowly drying out. I started drinking massive amounts of water to counteract it and now I can still put away a LOT of water in a very short period of time. I like being hydrated. It feels like I'm doing something good for my body and I suspect drinking 24+ oz of water anytime I eat anything is at least part of the reason I stay on the thin side.
Also, I've learned to hold my pee for a LONG freaking time.
