I kind of feel like the last 6 weeks FLEW by. Six pins in 6 weeks sounded totally doable but it has actually been a bit of a struggle.
Pin #6 was this aviator onesie that I wanted in adult size. I used an old, trashed shirt just in case I hated it but I quite I like it! I think I'm going to redo it on a newer shirt that looks a little better.
Want to do your own? Download my aviators template then hop on over to my freezer paper stenciling tutorial.
(Note: the template has two ear pieces but if you were to hook a pair of glasses in your collar then one earpiece would be hidden inside your shirt. I cut off one earpiece when I cut my glasses out of freezer paper)
Aaaand I'm still working on #5. I can't quite figure out HOW I want to do it. I've tried a couple options and didn't care for them. So that's where we are on that. A post on that will be forthcoming when I create something actually worth keeping.
This is so cute! A friend of mine has one where it looks like the aviators are coming out of a pocket - I bet it wouldn't be too hard to make it look like that either. Sounds like fun : )
ReplyDeleteAh, so cute. :)
ReplyDeleteLove it! It turned out really well.
ReplyDeleteOh that looks great! And of course you have an abundance of white v-necks to work with :)
