F21 dress, old undershirt, thrifted belt, Steve Madden Sandals |
I included this dress in a 30 for 30 a while back and haven't worn it since. And I included it in that 30 for 30 because I rarely wore it. The sleeves are a bit weird but I like the neckline, color and knee length. It ended up being great for a 6+ hour car ride, so it has probably earned its way into slightly heavier rotation.
Let's see what you dug up! Link up here or add it to the Flickr group!
This is such a great idea. I need to do this more often.
ReplyDeletei love that dress - it looks super comfortable, but nice and modest so you don't have to layer a ton. i'm glad you picked it for today!

I love that dress, I have a bright blue dress that I absolutely LOVE. I have found it to be one of the more versatile pieces in my closet. :)

I am now following your blog. I really like the color of blue your dress is. Blue is my favorite color.
ReplyDeletei seriously love the belt with the dress. you're adorable!
ReplyDeleteBeautifully paired with the yellow belt. You could easily do something to change those sleeves if you wanted to. I really wanted to do this challenge but I've been doing a closet overhaul for the last few months and have gotten rid of most of my closet orphans. Either that, or the ones I have left don't work with how this week heated up for us. But I love seeing what other people are pulling out of their closets.
ReplyDeletecool neckline of that dress
ReplyDeletethanks for the challenge or i might never have worn this skirt!!

love love love the dress! the neckline is unique and pretty. and you could easily hem it! :)
ReplyDeleteHey! Where is my picture? And why can't I comment with my gmail account? (I'm actually having problem commenting on lots of blogs with my account. It's very frustrating.)
ReplyDeleteI wonder what it would look like with something really ruffly underneath for winter, like maybe this and tights. Could be fun!
ReplyDeleteThat color is gorgeous and great for color blocking! ;)
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with Audrey: you could totally mod the sleeves. I think a cap sleeve would look adorable with the rest of the dress. It looks fab though for sure!
ReplyDeleteGORGEOUS color. I'm obsessed with royal blue at the moment. And anything that makes it through a long car ride is definitely a keeper!
ReplyDeletethat dress is beautiful. I love the color of it. It looks great on you!
ReplyDeleteLove that bun you're rockin' on the top of your head! Can't wait till my hair is long enough to try it myself!
ReplyDeleteYou took pictures in public again! You're all grown up and being a real fashion blogger! :)
ReplyDeleteYou look fabulous. Though, you could probably wear a muumuu and look awesome.
Oh. Wait. You did.
really cute! that orphan has been saved.
ReplyDeleteI can't imagine you not wearing that often. It's so cute and looks so comfortable!!
ReplyDeleteI love your closet orphan - such a cute dress and great color :)
