Affordable Sporty Shoes

Because I love you (and because Payless is right by WalMart and I needed milk anyway), I went in search of a few budget friendly alternatives to the ones I posted below.

These were all surprisingly comfortable and priced between $20 and $30. Unfortunately, the colors were pretty limited. But the store I went to had a buy one get one 1/2 price thing going on right now so I got a cute pair of flats for $25 and then this first pair for $10. Score.

Reg $19.99. Super lightweight and comfortable plus Airwalk has a Toms-esque "buy a pair and a kid in need gets a pair" thing going on.

Loved the straps on these. $19.99 online (but I thought they were more in the store? Maybe not.)

These were $29.99. I loved them, they were really comfortable and a nice cream color. I seriously considered them but I struggle with keeping light colored shoes clean.

$29.99

I don't love the laceless style but I DO love the color. Plus they are mesh and super breathable, which is nice in the summer around these parts. Plus, on sale online.

I didn't see these in the store but they're also a nice looking option at $29.99-

The website has a handful more options that I didn't see that I think would also be really cute (love the contrast on these).

I was thinking Macy's, Kohl's, and JCPenney are also probably worth checking out (everything is always on sale at those wonderful places). Anyone else know where to get some more affordable sporty shoes?

  1. i have good luck finding cute sporty shoes at walmart, of all places. they're super cheap, but it can be hard to find sizes under 7. sometimes i hit the little girls section too :)

  2. I actually checked Wal Mart's shoe section while I was there and didn't find anything. But good to know that maybe that was just my luck today.

  3. Cute!! I especially like the bright blue ones. I think I'm going to have to get a few pairs of these for when the weather starts cooling down and sandals aren't an option anymore. Yeah, that'll be in like 6 months, but still! It's an excuse to shop! =)

  5. Famous Footwear is my favorite place to shop for shoes. While they are not all under $30, I can generally find a decent selection for that price and they often run a buy one get one 1/2 off sale. The shoes seem to last a bit longer than the one's I've gotten at Payless, too, so for something I intend to wear to the ground, I'll pay an extra $10/pair.

  6. Oh I really like the bluish ones! Did you check eBay? There may be some cheaper options of Toms or something like that on there.

  7. I think I might buy me some fake Tom's right now.

Also, for anyone who's interested in Payless, I looked for coupon codes online, and the code 42549 will give you an extra 20% off, in addition to the buy one get one half off sale, and you can have them ship the shoes to your local Payless for free. This is really great if they come and you decide that you kind of don't want them after all.
