I LOVE my engagement and wedding rings but they are responsible for quite a few little injuries to the small people running around (I've even gotten myself a few times).
So, for our anniversary this year, I told Aaron that I want a simple band (or three, maybe, for stacking?) for day-to-day wear. Etsy has SO many pretty options. I barely scratched the surface.
1. Droplet ring $16
2. Sterling silver hammered knot $12.50
3. Rose gold band $73
4. Sterling silver, bronze, or brass twig ring $45-$60
5. Band with sparkles $44
6. Set of 3 sterling silver hammered bands $10
7. Palladium stardust band $140
Of course, my favorites are the two most expensive options. Bah.

Pretty! I have wanted a knot ring since I got married because we had a knot theme (a climbing knot, it's nerdy) for our wedding. Maybe I can ask one of these sellers for a custom order...
ReplyDeleteAnother sign that I lack class...I like the least expensive ring the most. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME??
ReplyDeleteCorrection, second to least expensive.
ReplyDeleteI knew someone who had a stack of rings for her wedding band. They were very, very thin, and some were silver/white gold and some were copper/rose gold. I think she had like 6, but sometimes she would wear one, sometimes 3, sometimes all of them. They were VERY pretty and so cool looking.

i love the knot (2) but i ALSO love the stardust one (7). both are super cool and kinda unique not that you were asking for opinions or anything...

ReplyDeleteI bought this ring from this seller and wear it nearly every day. It is actually smaller and daintier in real life than it appears in the magnified photo.
I just found your blog today. I follow you now.
ReplyDeleteYou are just so crafty and pretty. Can't wait to read more.

You read my mind! I've been wanting some simple band(s) for the very SAME reason!
ReplyDeleteThat's a really good idea. I definitely like 3 together, so it looks more married-ish. I like #6 a lot. Really simple, but pretty.

Number 6 is perfect!
