Mervyn's tshirt, Gap jeans, Target necklace, thrifted shoes, bracelet from my mom (for my bday!) |
Fashion blogging has helped me to fall in love with color. My wardrobe used to be all black, white, and dark blue. I was most comfortable in a black tee, jeans, and flip flops. So very safe. So very boring.
So I've branched out. I've worn color. I've mixed patterns. I've tried things I never would have even considered before. I bought red pants. And I LOVE it. Getting dressed every morning is an adventure now!
But sometimes it's nice to return to home base, just fancied up a bit with sequins and shoes not made of rubber.
I've always loved the look of a plain black or white shirt with jeans. So classic. And those shoes are super cute!
ReplyDeleteNice job with the posing! :)
ReplyDeleteyour shoes are rocking!
ReplyDeleteAnd I love to wear dark colors too.
Thank you for wearing thrifted shoes.
ReplyDeleteI agree....sometimes it's just easier and at times a little funner, to go simple!
ReplyDeleteTotally rocking the home base look today too. It is so nice to do that sometimes. You look great.
